All orders are shipped from our Pensacola, FL warehouse. Freight charges are based on package weight, size, & destination. All online orders are processed within 24-48 hours. UPS Regular deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.

If you are ordering online & would like to know shipping charges, give our associates a call. 1-800-697-7263. The shopping cart online does not compute shipping, because Sand is heavy & every order is custom built for you. Our Shipping Department finds the most economical way to box your order.

Tracking: UPS Tracking #'s will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.

Shipping charges are based on UPS Ground rates.

OPEN & INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE IMMEDIATELY! Any shortages or issues should be reported within 24 hours after you receive your merchandise. Our warehouse team takes pride in packing your order with care & accuracy.

Note: We will ship Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, & APO addresses via the US Postal Service. If the order is small & able to fit in a Flat Rate Priority box, we will ship your order the least expensive route. This applies to all orders across the country.

UPS charges a $5.00 Charge for an incorrect address per box. Please double check your online order for typos & mistakes. Wrong addresses will be charged the fee and may be delayed.

Bulk Orders: Common Carrier Freight Lines may be used on bulk orders. The merchandise would be on pallets & shrink wrapped. Our sales associates will discuss your shipping choices.

RETURN POLICY two kids

Call Customer Service for a return authorization number. Returns must be received within 30 days of receipt. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. The original shipping, rush fees, & return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless your product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Repack your return merchandise well, with the original packaging materials if possible. This will prevent any damage in transit. Make sure there is not any empty space in the box, stuff with newspaper or something so merchandise cannot shake. (Plastic bottles get scuffed).

When the returned merchandise is received in good condition, we will credit your charge card immediately.
